These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FreeNow mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”) owned and operated by Bolzen LTD (“FreeNow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, access, or use the Services.
1. About FreeNow

FreeNow: Your Trusted Connection to Professional Services in Egypt

Connecting Customers and Providers.

FreeNow is a mobile platform that connects customers (“Users”) with independent service providers (“Providers”) in Egypt. We provide a technology platform and marketplace to facilitate the connection between Users and Providers, but we are not a party to any service agreements or contracts between Users and Providers.
2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you are accessing or using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Managing Your FreeNow Account

Registration, Security, and Termination.

Registration: You may be required to create an account (“Account”) to use certain features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information, including your password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
 
 
Account Termination:
FreeNow reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Account for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. We may terminate or suspend your Account without prior notice.

 
Duplicate Accounts: Creating multiple accounts with the intention of defrauding FreeNow or its users, including but not limited to taking advantage of promotional offers or free trials, is strictly prohibited. FreeNow employs algorithms to detect duplicate accounts, and any identified duplicates will be terminated permanently with no possibility of reinstatement. Users who have forgotten their login credentials are advised to use the “Forgot Username or Password” option.

FreeNow may facilitate payment for services between Users and Providers. FreeNow does not guarantee the security or completion of any payment made through the platform. Both Users and Providers are responsible for complying with the payment terms and conditions set forth by FreeNow.

 
Payment Methods:
FreeNow offers the following payment methods for users:


Online Payments: Users can securely pay for services using their preferred credit or debit cards through our integrated payment gateway.

Cash Payments: Users can choose to pay providers in cash upon completion of the service.
 
Payment Processing:
FreeNow acts as a facilitator for payments. We do not hold or process any funds. All payment transactions are processed directly between Users and Providers.

7. Provider Verification

Ensuring Quality and Reliability.

While FreeNow undergoes a verification process for all service providers that includes physical verification and review of documents, we cannot guarantee 100% compliance or the actions of all Providers. It is the sole responsibility of both Users and Providers to ensure they comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their service interaction. FreeNow is not liable for any breach of contract, negligence, or other actions or omissions by Providers.

Users are encouraged to report any suspicious or unethical behavior immediately through the FreeNow app. We will investigate all reported incidents promptly and will collaborate with the Egyptian legal authorities, as necessary, to enforce the law.

Attempt to Resolve: FreeNow will attempt to resolve any disputes that arise between Users and Providers.

Direct Resolution: If FreeNow is unable to resolve a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter directly.
 
Egyptian Legal Process: All legal disputes arising out of or relating to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.

FreeNow Right to Terminate: FreeNow may terminate your access to the Services for any reason, at any time, and without prior notice. For example, we may terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we believe that your continued use of the Services poses a risk to FreeNow or our users.
